[mythtv-users] changes to automatically skipping commercials?

I'm currently using 0.14.20040123-1.  A couple of weeks ago Mythtv quit 
automatically skipping commercials/cutlists even though the commercials 
have been marked and the cutlist loaded.  Is there a new config option 
that needs to be set?  It will skip the current commercial break after 
I hit skip ahead (right arrow) but I have to hit skip at all commercial 
breaks.  This is a dual pvr-250 system.
