My WinTv 401 (dbx) picture quality is very impressive on MPEG4
4400 bitrate recording 544 x 480, I have a very clean Digital satellite
source and the recordings are nearly indistinguishable. I am running
a very fast CPU though. AMD Barton 2500+ Cpu usage is about 25-30%
when recording, about 2-3% viewing.
