[mythtv-users] skip ahead no longer searchs in 0.14?

This feature was disabled by default since it's nowhere near as accurate as
the post-record flagging process.  If you want to reenable it, go into
setup in mythfrontend and turn on the "Skip Unflagged Commercials"
setting.
