Here's a cut and paste of what I meant.

Encoder 1 is remote on localhost (currently not connected).
Encoder 2 is local on mythtv.v8-ranger.dyndns.org and is not recording.
Encoder 3 is local on mythtv.v8-ranger.dyndns.org and is not recording.
