Well, I searched my database using phpMyAdmin and found that the
episodes that are being duplicated contain the same tile and subtitle,
but they don't have a description field. Other shows and episodes are
getting the description just fine. And it looks like next weekend's
Stargate has already downloaded a proper description.

However NONE of the Monk episodes have descriptions now. I don't know
how to check if this is a problem with a change in data format, or just
a problem that zap2it doesn't have descriptions for these online.

So I guess the matching is apparently set to not detect a duplicate if
the description field is blank, even if a subtitle is present?
