[mythtv-users] Strange disk I/O

When I SSH in and run top while the system is idle and hit 'i' to hide
idle processes, only top shows, and mythfrontend||mythbackend appears
every few minutes.
I am trying to find a disk I/O monitor utility to find out what is
actually being read/written to the disk.
