Use the "cvs diff -u" command to generate unified diffs of your changes, 
have a look through the generated patches to make sure it all looks sane 
(i.e. it hasn't included some changes you didn't want included, etc), then 
post it to the mythtv-dev list with [PATCH] at the start of the subject 
line so it's easy to spot.
