[mythtv-users] signal 11 on channel switch

compiling against qt/embedded and using directfb for tv output will
yield a signal 11 on channel change.  The fix for this is to recompile
qt/e and mythtv without -fno-rtti.  I know there were some people (on
mythtv-dev at least) with this issue... hope this works for you too.

incidentally the easiest way to remove -fno-rtti from the qt/e build is
to remove it from the mkspecs/qws/.../qmake.conf prior to ./configure
