It says:

ivtv-kmdl-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl-0.1.9-24.rhfc1.at
ivtv-firmware-17_21288-1.at

OK, I guess I need to update my kernel? I currently have

2.4.22-1.2135.nptl_27.rhfc1.at
2.4.22-1.2115.nptl
2.4.22-1.2129.nptl.caps.rhfc1.ccrma

which looks several versions behind what you are building for. I'm still
not sure I understand the apt issue here, but I can certainly do the update
(which I was avoiding, simply out of laziness and respecting the "if it
ain't broke, don't fix it" rule). I'll be away from home and my mythbox
today, but I'll try to do the update tomorrow...
