This topic appears periodically. Personally, it's not my preference for email 
lists to forums that determines my (un)willingness to use a forum in this 
case. It simply boils down to this: I have little interest in actively paying 
attention to a forum where primary developers don't participate. Simply put, 
I'll stay on this list because it's where Isaac does his skimming.

I have no idea if it's correct that most are willing to use a forum. It simply 
doesn't matter to me, since in that case it's likely that the few who are 
unwilling may be the core group that I'm mostly interested in communicating 
with. ;)
