In general, yes. The issue has been covered a few times before on the list, so 
I'd search the mailing list archive if you want to really hear about it.

Higher resolution and a progressive scan signal are the two major benefits, so 
that is absolutely the way to go if you'll be watching lots of DVDs, Digital 
TV, Divx through MythVideo, etc, with your Myth box. The picture on the 
PVR-350 is a little better for analog TV, but not by a huge amount.

Decisions, decisions. If you're really unsure and can afford it, get the 350 
(you can always just not use its output).
