[mythtv-users] Spilt Myth mailing list?

I'd recommend splitting in:
- "MythTV hardware" (~phase 1, selecting hardware)
- "MythTV setup" (~phase 2, setting up distro and MythTV)
- "MythTV users" (~phase 3, using and tweaking MythTV)
- "MythTV non-US"

I hope this split looks pretty obvious. Maybe the non-US seems akward, but
all kinds of things (XMLTV for example) behave just a bit different outside
of the US.
