A webmin module would be supercoool ;) .  However, I think saw on the list or 
Changelogs the developers are planning on adding more settings controls to 
MythWeb.  Maybe your efforts would be better placed contributing to MythWeb 
rather than building a webmin module.

That being said, I would still use a webmin module if you designed one....
