Oh, and in answer to your question, webmin provides full user level 
access and control.  You can setup users, and provide access to 
different modules based upon user and group settings.  You can also 
specify allows/denys on certain IP addresses.

Webmin kicks ass - I use it at work and at home to manage all my Linux 
servers - and it makes life alot easier.
