Actually this is false.  As I mentioned in my reply to the original poster, both
are inputs, but only one of them is used at a time.

There are two coax inputs present because it's easier to switch tuner inputs in
software than it is to physically switch between your TV signal source and your
FM signal source by hand, if the two are seperate.  (In my case, TV and FM both
come in from the same antenna, but that'll change in about a week.)
