[mythtv-users] Applying cutlist to .nuv files.

Is there a way to directly apply the cutlist to a recorded divx file in
.nuv format?

My current procedure is to edit the recorded file by pressing "m" and
"z" and then with arrowkeys and "Enter". nuvexport is then able to
create a .avi file without commercials. The only problem is that
nuvexport reencodes (redundantly in my opinion) the whole file, even if
I choose the same settings (bitrate, resolution) as in the default
recording profile.
