Hi. I was in a similar situation a while ago and switched over to the script
of Lars Heer from kurze-schwuenge.de. I've encountered two problems:

1) The original script doesn't recognize subtitles and therefore muthtv
cannot determine recording dupes anymore. I've hacked the script a bit to
create subtitles and it works mostly now.

2) The script creates different xmltv-ids for the channels than my script
before did. Because I did not want to spent the next hour converting
numerious database entries to the new channel-ids, I created a small script
that replaces the xml-ids of the new script with the old xml-ids.
