I admit it, it's me.  Yes, this release is limited.

Work sidetracked me with 4 web development projects so this got shoved 
to the back burner for the time being.  Hopefully I'll have a more 
finished release within the next 3-4 weeks.  Already I have basic 
support for editing the ui.xml file, full support for color picking 
added to the code, and the ability to start a theme from scratch, but 
none of that is included in the above download yet.
