[mythtv-users] PVR-250 vs. PVR350

PVR 250 has a hardware encoder (to record TV without much CPU)
PVR-350 has a hardware encoder as well as a hardware decoder (to watch TV
without much CPU) as well as TV Out Capabilities

Hello people.
 
I am thinking going the pvr route.  I have read the characteristics of these
two cards but I don't see any real difference ( one has fm radio and the
other doesn't, big deal,).
 
Why would I want to choose one over the other (not considering price
obviously).   My ultimate goals is to record shows and eventually move them
to dvd.
