Sorry , cause I know that there have been a ton of posts about audio issues. There is also plenty of information in the documentation. I've also been on the ivtv-dev list about this issue. Configuration is a pvr350, epia M10000 and Redhat 9. Sound out of the Via card plays fine, Alsa 1.0.0.0rc2 installed. Everything is working. The problem seems to be with the 350. I have tried various different settings and played around with MSP MATRIX. The best I could get is a loud hissing sound. I've also tried different tuners. Video , Live TV is all fine in Myth. Below is my test_ioctl setup. Did not see anything that stands out. I know the card was working when I purchased it 2 months ago, because it was running in Windows, I'm looking to avoid pulling it out (last resort) Anything ? Thanks!
