[mythtv-users] Yet another hardware list

I have the Antec Overture case and I currently have the Biostar MC7NG
400 MICRO ATX mobo in it.
The location of the 3.5 hdd cage in the overture case conflicts with the
mobo.
The hdd cage is in the right rear of the case(where the power supply
typically sits) and the is now way the mobo and hd cage will co-exist!
I have not been able to check clearances with a full atx mobo or any
other mobo for that matter...just thought I'd pass this info along.
I am not to concerned about it yet as the case was a gift and the mobo I
have in it is temporary.

Besides that, the case is VERY well made and nice looking.
It is also very quiet.
I would suggest investing in a nice, silent cpu HS/F for your cpu.
Maybe try www.endpcnoise.com
That is where I plan to get mine from.

Best of luck...let me know if you want more specifics(detailed pics,
measurements of the mobo/case)

I have a LiteOn (DVD-CDR-CDRW combo) which is quiet (does not bother me

when watching DVD at least.
