The PVR350 can output DVD compliant streams, so after authoring
(basically creating the fs-structure for the DVD) it shouldn't be a
problem to create a standard DVD. It's not included in MythTV, though.
Maybe it will be in the future.

TV out is working nicely with MythTV. Basic functionality is in Myth
since 0.12. Enhanced features are developed by David Engel at the
moment. So if you are adventurous look for his patches. There's a patch
for mplayer as well, so you can watch DVD's (or other mpeg1/2 files).
The internal player of myth (mythtv) will play mpeg content over the
tv-out also.

The driver is not yet fully stable, but most are minor problems at the
current stage (initialization mainly). But it's fairly stable and IMO
ready for prime time (I use mine as my main and only VCR).

Be ready for trial and error as new feature are included in the driver,
as not all versions are created equal (stability wise) and after you
found a working combo be ready to keep it around as fallback. So, no
it's not something I would give to my parents :-)
