Perhaps. Though other reports say that with XvMC support enabled, 
de-interlacing won't work, so you'll likely have other problems. :(

I presume you already have jitter reduction enabled, along with 
de-interlacing... You might try bumping up the resolution and/or 
bitrate on your captures and see if that helps. I see very few problems 
with my PVR-250's 720x480 8/16 captures. (Then too, I may just be used 
to it, after six months of not watching TV any other way ;-).
