[mythtv-users] TV schedules that are a minute off

It's not just a MythTV issue.  This messes with Tivo and ReplayTV as well.
I have a ReplayTV and have the same issue, but I don't run into trouble with
it much because as it happens I'm usually recording the prior show on the
same channel.
