[mythtv-users] apt-get error

I've had a MythTV box running for almost a mont and I started getting 
some serious kernel errors, so I decided to re-install MythTV via 
Jerod's Fedora Core ATrpms guide as before.

For some reason I updated the kernel version to  
2.4.22-1.2154.nptl_31.rhfc1.at and I have gotten a couple of depency 
problems when installing the mythtv-suite.  When I ran "apt-get -f 
install"  to try and resolve the errors I then got md5 checksum errors 
for the downloand of two apps:  mjpegtools and perl(Tk).
So what are the sources of these errors?  Is it because of corrupt file 
downloads?  Is it because there is a dependency with the new kernel?
