[mythtv-users] PVR-250 or PVR-350: Is it worth it for the TV-out?

Hello all, I could use a bit of advice.

I'm going to invest in a PVR-250 or PVR-350 card, but I don't know which 
to get.
I've got a GeForce 2 MX for TV-out in my Myth machine right now, and 
it's quality is ok... pretty good, but not excellent.

Is it worth it to get a PVR-350 over a 250 for the improved TV-out 
quality (and MPEG decoder)?

I've noticed that the S-video coming out of my DVD player seems much 
more "fluid" than the S-video coming out of my GeForce 2 MX. It looks 
like it's running at a higher frame rate or something... Does the 
PVR-350 provide a similar difference in quality?
