[mythtv-users] Where oh where is metadata.sql

I'm setting up mythmusic for the first time, but can't find this metadata.sql file.
In both cvs and the tar release only thing I find in musicdb is "old" directory with upgrade sql's.  Or am I issuing the wrong command.
