[mythtv-users] Myth won't underscan

Hey everyone.  I use a PVR 350 with Myth on an ME6000 motherboard.  My 
issue is that no matter what I set for Myth's GUI or for TV playback, I 
cannot get Myth to change its interface size.  As anyone with a PVR 350 
knows, it automatically overscans on the TV.

What should I do to fix this?  I have tried both the interface and TV 
under/overscan settings with no luck.  (I actually did get a little bit 
of the interface width setting to work and that helped things a bit, 
but vertical underscanning never worked and width doesn't change beyond 
where it is at now even though it is still a bit overscanned.)

Is there maybe a preference file somewhere that has the wrong 
permissions and thus Myth won't recognize the change I am giving to it?
