Thanks much for the offer! Its actually on a colo'd server with very large
pipes and a 40GB/mo transfer limit included, so no worries yet. It was just a
very significant spike, but nothing the server and bandwidth can't handle.
;-)
(And for clarification, it was actually my web *site's* traffic, not my web
*server's* traffic -- there are a few other sites on the same machine).
However, I'd still have some interest in simply stashing the doc on
mythtv.org. You've obviously got php there, so the only thing I'd really need
is a way to add and/or edit files (ssh access?). I've also got a little
snippet thrown together on using a RadioShack universal remote, customized
lircrc & lircd.conf files, HDTV XF86Config, TV-Out XF86Config, dct-serial doc
updates I'm working on, etc... (Hey, I should contribify some of that,
shouldn't I?)
