[mythtv-users] Long single-column menus

Recently, I've switched my frontend over to the "visor" theme, which I
really like. However, this (and most other) theme uses a single-column
approach to the menus, which looks neat and clean, but it a pain sometimes
when scrolling down a long menu (to get to MythDVD on the main menu, for
example, is eight or nine keypresses).

I was thinking of trying to hack something to make the problem easier to
live with - either enabling PgUp and PgDown in the menu screens, or having
the scroll wrap around to the top or bottom when it runs over.

My question is this: is this behavior a limitation of Myth's menu code,
or a limitation of the theme itself, or a limitation of the QT toolkit?
I don't mind looking into and trying to fix this, but I'd like to know
where to start looking.
