[mythtv-users] PVR-350 ivtv problems

At least on SOME PVR-350 boards, only the "FM" antenna input works under Linux.

In Windows, both antenna inputs work for TV, the FM input is the only one that
works for FM.

In Linux (at least on my PVR-350), the TV-only input is useless under Linux.
