[mythtv-users] New nVidia driver

I will... I haven't tried much more than merely doubling the values or
changing + - sync or other modelines posted.  I wonder if the nvidia driver
just assumes you are using an LCD display when using the DVI out and
interlacing doesn't work for this reason.
