[mythtv-users] New Nvidia Gforce Drivers vs XVMC

It's a setting not a filter. If you use mythweb you can go to settings ->
channels and set them for each channel manually or you can take the easy
route and get into the mysql database and update them all manually.

Here's a quick how to do it in mysql...

Type from console

mysql mythconverg

Then you are at a 'mysql>' prompt

Now from here you can put the filters in and adjust the contrast.. Like so..

update channel set contrast='12345';

Or you can update the filters per channel

update channel set videofilters='adjust=16:214:1.0:22:233:1.0';

Remember this is a global change. If you want to do it on a per channel
basis you need to add a where clause. Like so..

update channel set videofilters='adjust=16:214:1.0:22:233:1.0' where
channum='12';

I don't suggest using this method other than to do global changes. If you
want a per channel change just use mythweb it's the easiest interface to
use.

is that "contrast" setting a "filter", or do you set that elsewhere?
