If you mean playback a iso image :

mplayer can do that but without support for menu's
or you can use xine, loopback mount the iso file to some location and use
the playback command from my previous mail.

If you want to create an iso image of a dvd :
use dvdbackup followed by mkisofs to create the image. Something like
"mkisofs -dvd-video -udf -o mydvd.iso mydvdfolder"
