[mythtv-users] MythFrontEnd crashes while changing channels

I cant seem to find help on this anywhere but when ever i hit the up
or down arrow to change channels the mythfrontend seems to freeze up
(even the picture on TV), then unfreeze and do this a few times before
quitting.

Now the system works fine in the TV tuner program in my system.  I am
running Fedora 2 on an AMD 1ghz Tbird.  Gforce2 MX and an old
Hauppauge TV card (5 years old?).  The frontend and backend are on the
same system.  Now it records shows fine and on different channels...
its only when watching Live TV

It gives the following error:
