According to this page it's a nice card with very nice features:

However, according to http://ivtv.sourceforge.net/, the Conexant CX23883
chipset doesn't seem to be supported by ivtv.
I did a quick google search, but I couldn't find any drivers for this card,
so I'm afraid you won't get it to work with Mythtv.
