Um, 79.84 is not the refresh rate.  It is the dot clock.  Even my cheasy 
HDTV monitor can do up to about 85 here.  Don't change your VertRefresh 
from 59.9 to 60.1.  There are several Howto's on ModeLines.

On another note your DisplaySize is not 16x9.  Try DisplaySize 160 90, 
or if the fonts are too big use DisplaySize 320 180.
