[mythtv-users] Setting the PVR 350's overscan?

Hi All,

Anyone know how to set the overscan properties of the Hauppauge PVR 
350's tv-out?

(Source of my knowledge: 
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-21.html then down to the 
section "Overscan Dimensions" just above 21.5.)

At the moment I can hardly see the text on the menu's as they are 
outside the screen...
