Not all of them. I generally rip with either forty-two on my Mac or dvd::rip
on my Linux box. I believe all the forty-two rips work perfectly, as do the
dvd::rip rips done using either xvid or ffmpeg mpeg4. All of those are in avi
containers (and forty-two uses ffmpeg also). I have a few done with other
codecs and/or containers (experimentation in dvd::rip, mostly), and they
don't place so nice (noticeable frame-drop, like 15-20 fps instead of 24, or
something like that). I have yet to try anything but mplayer with -vo x11.
