[mythtv-users] Mythmusic, SLOOOOOOOW menu

While back I posted a question on this topic and got 1 reply agreeing the
issue. I am a newbie and yet to understand how all fits together but it
sure would be nice to have the original .14 mythmusic "Select Music" menu.
Can it be done? can I rollback the RPM just for "mythmusic"?
Perhaps is already there but have not been able to find any setting to do so.
