[mythtv-users] newbie uk mythtv question

i've searched the archive but can't seem to find the answer so forgive 
the lame question but:

i am in the uk and would LOVE some advice on the best hardware for 
building my first mythtv box - i am particularly interested in the best 
tv card to get freeview (the uk digital over the air transmissions)

any thoughts/help gratefully received.
