[mythtv-users] BUG: Schedule screen layout with few channels

When you have subscribed to less channels than you have set "Channels to
display" to (5 by default), then the schedules screen is scaled wrong
vertically. The channel names are scaled based on the Channels to Display,
but the programs are scaled based on the number of channels to be shown.

For example, if you subscribe to 2 channels with a default setup, then the
channel names take up 1/5 of the height, but the programs take up 1/2 of
the same height, so that the names are offset from the programs they refer
to.
