Hi,

The order in which you made the changes is important.
I'll assume you installed the nvidia driver on your
original FC1 kernel and then updated to
4.22-1.2188.nptl from ATrpms. If so, you will need to
reinstall nvidia on your new kernel.

Again assuming that is what is going on, you need to
make sure you obtain the matching kernel-source for
your specific kernel. To do that become root:

# apt-get update

# apt-get install kernel-source#2.4.22-1.2188.nptl

Then run the nvidia shell script just as you did
before.
