Yep
71d on 2.64 is the latest stablish version that I know of if you're not 
happy with 0.1.9

Any later and you'll be bleeding (time at least).

OTOH if you want to help then pop over to ivtv-dev, read up on the 
archives and use a really latest version and whatever kernel you like ;)
