[mythtv-users] Problems with Gentoo + LIRC + Hauppauge Nexus-S DVB Card

Thanks, but it didn't help.  /dev/lirc is a character device with 
nothing underneath it.  Even when the module is installed (which is 
usually when devices are created in devfs land I think, no?) nothing is 
created so there is no such thing as /dev/lirc/0 :(
