Hello Wilson, Hello everybody,
Yes I know it only decodes :-( for DVD playback for example ... but is there a
TVcard usable for german analog TV (cable) and having a MPEG encoder/decoder
which is used for creating/capture LiveTV ...
What do you think about this card
