[mythtv-users] Recording shows to DVD?

I have a PVR-350/PVR-250 based MythTV system bsed on KnoppMYH R2. 
This system has a DVD burner.

How can I burn shows that I have recorderd (In MPEG 2 format) to a DVD? 
Will other people with DVD reader software bw able to watch these DVDs?
