[mythtv-users] [OT] Can't transcode DVDs w/MythDVD on FC1 (ATrpms kernel)

OK...

- Tried the DivX, also tried the 'xvid4' thing.  Same results... hung.
- Tried transcode-0.6.12-1.fr (FreshRPMS), transcode-0.6.10-1_3.rhfc1.at 
(ATrpms), and transcode-0.6.12 built from source.  All same results.
- All bad results were using kernel-2.4.22-1.2174.nptl_37.rhfc1.at

Last night I rebooted with the stock Fedora kernel (2.4.22-1.2115.nptl) 
and everything (well, as far as transcode is concerned) worked great -- 
was able to transcode a DVD with both MythDVD & dvd::rip.

I'm taking this over to the atrpms-devel list for anyone who's 
interested.
