[mythtv-users] Have sound, no video

I have myth going alright, but when I try to watch live tv all I get is a blank screen.  I hear the sound from the channel, but the picture is black.  The myth stuff (like channel number, when entered or changed)) doesn't even echo on the screen.  There is no unusal output from mythfrontend and mythbackend so I'm not sure where to look.

when I test ivtv it works: cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg

I think it's probably just a configuration problem, but I can't figure out what!  I've got the input connections set to PVR-250 --> tuner.  Logs aren't helping me much here either.  Any help is appreciated!

I'm using:

mythtv-0.14
PVR-250 capture card (with latest ivtv driver)
Mandrake 9.2
Radeon 9200SE video card (at this point I've still got my monitor connected)
