[mythtv-users] Glitchy nvidia geforce4 tv-out

I'm at 4496.  I had a similar problem in all drivers above 4496.  I 
would have thought 4363 would be safe.  I sent the XFree logs to a 
NVidia engineer.  He responded by asking me to increase the verbosity 
level.  Did that, sent him the logs and never heard anything back.
